Our Approach to Musculoskeletal Health

Understanding the Condition

Types of Joint Diseases

We treat a wide spectrum of conditions:

  • Inflammatory: Rheumatoid Arthritis (Vatha Raktha), Gout, and Collagen diseases like SLE.

  • Degenerative: Osteoarthritis (Sandhigatha Vatha), Spondylitis, and disc degeneration.

  • Neurogenic: Arthropathy related to diabetes or nerve lesions.

Symptoms & Causes

Why It Happens ?

Sedentary habits, incompatible foods, and stress lead to the accumulation of metabolic toxins (Ama). When Vatha aggravates in the joints, it dries up the synovial fluid, causing stiffness, swelling, and pain. Watch for: Morning stiffness, tenderness, limited range of motion, and pain that worsens with cold weather or exertion.

The Cure (Panchakarma)

Purification Treatments

We follow a strict curative protocol:

  1. Preparation: Deepana/Pachana (digestives) followed by Snehana (Oleation) and Swedana (Sudation/Steam).

  2. Purification: Virechana (Purgation) and Vasthi (Medicated Enema) are the prime treatments to eliminate toxins and correct Vatha.

  3. Special Care: Raktamoksha (Bloodletting) is used for severe inflammation.

Rejuvenation & Immunity

Rasayana (Rejuvenation)

Curing the pain is only half the battle. Our treatment concludes with Rasayana therapy to rebuild tissue strength and boost immunity (Vyadikshamathwa). Using potent herbs like Guggulu and Triphala, and specific diet regimens, we aim to prevent recurrence and regenerate tissues where possible.

Complete Ayurvedic Management for Arthritis & Joint Diseases

Joint diseases affect millions, stemming from fast-paced lifestyles, immune deficiencies, and the natural aging process. While modern medicine offers relief, Ayurveda addresses the root cause.

We view joint disorders not just as isolated pain, but as a systemic imbalance—primarily of Vatha dosha, often combined with Pitta and Raktha.

Whether you are suffering from Rheumatoid Arthritis (Amavata), Osteoarthritis (Sandhigatha Vatha), or degenerative spine disorders, our time-tested protocols aim to restore mobility, reduce inflammation, and halt degeneration.
