Why It Happens ?

Watch for: Morning stiffness, tenderness, limited range of motion, and pain that worsens with cold weather or exertion.

Purification Treatments
We follow a strict curative protocol:

Preparation: Deepana/Pachana (digestives) followed by Snehana (Oleation) and Swedana (Sudation/Steam).

Purification: Virechana (Purgation) and Vasthi (Medicated Enema) are the prime treatments to eliminate toxins and correct Vatha.

Special Care: Raktamoksha (Bloodletting) is used for severe inflammation.
