Born into a five-generation Ayurvedic family in Kerala, Dr. K. Sasidharan brings over four decades of clinical, academic, and research expertise. An MD (Ayurveda) from Government Ayurveda College, Trivandrum, he has worked alongside legendary Ashta Vaidyas and senior physicians, gaining mastery in chronic and complex treatments.

Dr. Sasidharan has held key academic and leadership positions, including Professor & Principal at Nangelil Ayurveda Medical College, and Medical Superintendent & Research Director at Keraleeya Ayurveda Samajam Hospital. He has also served as advisor and health panel executive for renowned institutions, delivered international lectures, and is the proud recipient of the Bhishak Retna Award (2006).

The treatment protocol is formulated based on a detailed evaluation of the patient’s clinical presentation and the history of presenting symptoms. Classical diagnostic methods such as Ashtasthana Pareeksha, Nadee Pareeksha, and Dasavidha Pareeksha form the cornerstone of assessment. In addition, relevant modern laboratory investigations are also considered to support and refine the diagnosis.
